Titaniun heating/cooling coil (titanium spiral pipe)

titanium heating coil and titanium cooling coil are made out of titanium pipes or tubes with dia 8mm to dia 65mm as per astm B 337/338 Gr.1 or Gr2 applied to chemical, electroplating and metal finishing industries to heat or cool the chenical bath.

 we aslo manufacture the coils in special sizes and shapes, like superfine "U" coils,box type coil,drum type coil"s" type coils tapered oval type coil ,circular coils serpentine coil double helical coil triple helical coil,half pipe coils .

we can also produce zirconium spiral pipe.

Titanium Anode Baskets

We can produce the baskets in various shapes like round,rectangular and tray form according to the requirement of customers. These baskets are made up of titanium sheets or plates and titanium meshes ,thickness of titanium plate and titanium mesh is range 0.5-1.5mm. The capability of baskets includes constant deposition , durability ,uniform anode area, high anode efficiency, durability,uniform anode area, high streghth, light weight non corrosive,less voltage loss, reduced consumption of plating material,etc.

We can also produce the baskets with other materials, including zirconium and nickel, as per the design and demand of customers.
